Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

Pack Securely

Place the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Send your return via a traceable carrier like UPS or FedEx to ensure safe delivery and tracking of your returned school supplies.

Receive Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange items within 5 to 7 business days.
